This awesome guy was given to me as a gift from 
Hes my new oc :3
but i dont have a name or an outfit design
(and since the last contest didnt go well im making a new one)

His personality:

Im planning on making him a Teen Titans oc ^_^

so basically batman lol XD

he lives in an apartment in a big city but doesnt want to be 

recognized as a hero ^_^

and his power will be a flame whip  OwO

So the Rules: 
NO mature art
and thats about it for the NOs XD
I will be using the outfit you design for him as an oc forever!!!! 
so yeah both traditional and digital will be accepted :3

and an extra 10  to whoever comes up with the name i like the most
